If you observe behavior that you believe violates our Guiding Principles or if you have concerns about the conduct of any GRM Marine employee or representative, we want to hear from you.

We have established the Ethics Hotline, a dedicated hotline available 24/7 worldwide, to provide a confidential platform for raising questions or reporting concerns. You can reach out to us by completing an online form or calling a country-specific number. The Ethics Hotline offers access in multiple languages, and you have the option to provide contact information or remain anonymous, where permitted by law.

  • Questioning Business Practices: We welcome questions about our business practices, as they provide an opportunity for us to clarify how we conduct our operations.
     

  • Reporting Concerns: Please report concerns about potential compliance or ethics-related misconduct promptly. The sooner we are aware of any issues, the sooner we can address them. You can use the Ethics Hotline to report concerns anonymously if you are unable to speak with a GRM Marine manager or prefer to remain unidentified.
     

  • Reporting Uncertain Situations: Even if you're unsure whether misconduct has occurred, we encourage you to report your concerns. It's better to raise a question about a situation that ultimately doesn't involve misconduct than to let potential unethical behavior go unaddressed.

  • Checking Report Status: Upon submitting a report, you receive a report key and password to monitor the progress of your report. We encourage you to check back regularly for updates on the investigation and to respond to any additional queries from investigators.
